Location, Location, Location!  Phoenix Commercial Park is located in Alachua County, the first County in the United States whose power supplier offered solar energy “feed-in” incentives. 

Phoenix has positioned itself to welcome and serve all suppliers of Renewable Energy.  Our buildings are equipped with “Cool Roof” TPO systems which are solar panel friendly, and our 100,000 square foot Building “L” houses the only battery, solar panel coating lines within the United States. 

Not only are Renewable Energy companies entitled to “Stimulus” support from the Federal level, but Enterprise Florida and our local jurisdiction monetarily support this effort.  Phoenix has recently obtained a designation of “PHOENIX COMMERCIAL ECONOMIC ENHANCEMENT DISTRICT”, under the Brownfield Redevelopement Act which entitles new tenants to additional incentives of, at least, $5,000 PER EMPLOYEE.  Currently under contract to Phoenix, is a grant writer who can expertly assist all new tenants in making the most of all incentives available to “Renewable Energy” companies.
