Biotech

The Biotech community surrounds Phoenix Commercial Park.  Less than one mile to the West is the University of Florida sponsored Sid Martin Biotech Incubator Center, The Progress Park Biotech Center, and the Biotech Training Satellite Campus of Santa Fe College.  Twelve miles to the southeast is the University of Florida main campus and the City of Gainesville Technology Enterprise Center.   All of which form a perfect environment for a growing Biotech business.

Phoenix Commercial Park has contracted with a Design-Build team familiar with all levels of lab and air-quality rooms.  The majority of this team’s experience is attributable to diverse projects they have completed for various colleges of the University of Florida and Shand’s Health Center.
